Are you running your own business, or do you have a great business idea and don’t know where to start? The Te Wānanga o Aotearoa Certificate in Small Business and Project Management (CSBM) course is an incubator which analyses your business or business idea. Learn up front what so many businesses struggle to pick up along the way, e.g. how to plan strategically, best ways to market in a social media environment and how to use financials to motivate and grow.

There are no fees associated with this 36 week long course. Your commitment is to attend a three-hour class once a week, plus the odd weekend workshop, along with completing assignments, all of which will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of your business. You will be viewing your business from the helicopter hovering over the trees rather than forcing your way through the forest. The CSBM gives students the chance to work ON their business as well as IN it.

CSBM also provides a unique opportunity to learn from and network with not only fellow entrepreneurs in your year, but from the many past students who’ve successfully applied their CSBM knowledge to their own businesses.
